Everything is perfect from the time I phoned and booked an appointment to being reminded of my appointment through text message then to the appointment itself. The staff were helpful and approachable and I didn’t wait that long.

They didn't send swab to lab to check for sure it was herpes or not they just guessed and diagnosed. They weren't interested in any past meds I got for it from other clinics and they thought it meant I didn't take the tablets 2 years ago even though I did. And when booking appointment I had to wait 4 extra days so over the 5 days after treatment deadline for herpes meds to start so it was more like 10 days late in Xmas season and they didn't me same day appointment despite I rang 111 for Basildon clinic.

They were going to give me meds interacting with my current meds without checking till I told them to give me acivolor 200mg dose meds Ive had before. They should of told people on phone to let me come to clinic same day to pick up meds but no they said they aren't open Friday I had to wait till Tues the one day they are open. Yet they shouldn't of given me any meds without test first incase it wasn't herpes.

A very friendly and reassuring nurse, with a good smile. She had the ability to put me at ease and was most helpful

I was made to feel very comfortable, and put at ease throughout the appointment. I was given helpful information about the method of contraception I had chosen, and they made sure to look after me throughout the installation. The installation was uncomfortable, and the staff made sure to check in with me and gave me adequate time to feel normal again.
